Until your return arrives at our warehouse, you are responsible for the goods. You can return your online purchase via the return’s portal. Please note that you will need your order number, which you will find in your order confirmation email, as well as the email address that was used for the online order. Once you have completed the returns process, sit back, and relax. We will notify you by email once your return shipment has arrived at our warehouse. From the time we receive this email, it will take approximately 10 business days for the money to appear in your bank account statement.
If you have not received a confirmation of your return after the respective return and processing period, please contact our customer service team. We will try to respond as soon as possible so that we can process your request immediately. Please let us know your order number (starts with your country code, e.g. DE or AT) and the tracking number of your return. Please also indicate which items you have returned to us.
