In this case, our security/fraud prevention system found your payment method suspicious.
There are several possible reasons:
- Billing country does not match the shipping country.
- Credit card BIN does not match the billing country
- Shipping name does not match the billing name
- Credit card data does not match the customer's data
- Using a proxy/ VPN
- Too many attempts with the account
Unfortunately, the only possible solution is to change the payment method to something other than credit card. Now, orders with these details are blocked and do not pass our security system against fraud and ID theft.
