For a successful warranty you need several things
- Burton product that is within the warranty period.
- Proof of purchase.
- Have bought the item from an official Burton dealer/reseller.
Below are the steps you must take depending on where you bought your Burton product.
1 - Item bought at Burton.com
Please contact us directly and we will arrange everything for you.
Please include the following details with all emails/communication.
- Name
- Order number
- Photos/description of damage and claim
- Delivery/collection address
2 - Item bought from a store
Please take your Burton product that has developed a fault back to the dealer you bought the item from. If this is not possible, e.g. when you are on vacation or now live somewhere else, please find your closest authorized Burton Dealer and visit them with your claim. Please make sure you have a proof of purchase/receipt.
The shop will validate the claim and arrange everything directly with Burton.
3 - Item bought online
Contact the customer services from the online dealer where you bought the item. Please make sure you have a proof of purchase/receipt. The store will validate the claim and arrange everything directly with Burton.
4 - Sorry, if you bought your product on eBay, it doesn't have any warranty*
*Unless it was from an official Burton reseller (and we will check)
