It is not possible to change your delivery address after an order has been placed. If there was a slight mistake, we may be able to amend but usually the only option is to wait until the parcel comes back to our warehouse. You will receive the money back and then you can place the order again with the correct details.
If you are a 'my UPS' registered user then you will have the option to change the delivery address after you have received the tracking details email from UPS. You can also request for the parcel to be delivered to a UPS access point/store.
